Toro Negro

In April 2010, Julia and Phil Parkin of Toro Negro Properties contacted us regarding a multi listing site which would enable them to share properties with UltraIT clients as well as promote their own properties.

Julia and Phil know this region very well, having visited the area for many years and then relocating here 5 years ago with their young sons.
 
Phil initially trained as an Architect, then moved into property sales and surveying, building his small partnership into a multi branch operation through good service, marketing and technology. He has also worked for Corporates and Banks in their estate agency and financial services departments.
 
Julia has also operated successful estate agencies, worked in marketing and financial services with Banks and Building Societies and she managed accounting and Human Resources for the fast moving family business for some 8 years.
 
Phil and Julia have a passion for property plus a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to offer.

Their new website went live on 31st May with Applicant Management, Content Management and Search Engine Optimisation.
