Case Study 2005 to present
In 2005 UltraIT built a brand new website for Casitas Miraflor in 3 Languages and they chose the Online Property Management Module to add and edit their properties on the website.
In 2006 Casitas Miraflor added onto their system by adding digital window display sheets in 3 different languages.
In late 2006 UltraIT started Search Engine Optimisation in English only for Keywords related to the Denia Region in the Costa Blanca. After much success with quality leads and enquiries, Casitas then increased their optimisation by adding Spanish and German.

To manage these enquires Casitas then added the Applicant Management Module with Automatic Weekly Mailouts to the leads matching new and updated properties to requirements.
In 2008 yet again Casitas upgraded their system to include the Content Management Module opting for featured articles on the homepage of their website and Email articles to their leads, all with professional personal branding.

In January 2012 Miraflor had their website redesigned and widened had had incorporated into it many of our new technology developments such as the Shopping Trolley which enables clients to select and store their favourite properties. They also had the social networking tools of Facebook and Twitter added to enhance marketing. |
