To enhance the display of their properties online they selected Featured Properties which displays the properties of their choice on their homepage for everyone to see who enters their website, making these properties even more likely to attract interest.

To attract passersby, they chose our Window Display Sheets branded with their company logo and colour scheme. They simply shortlist the properties they would like to display and print with the main photo, property details, summary and their company contact details.

Immobaer decided to enhance their management system even further by adding UltraIT’s Applicant Management Module with Automatic Weekly Mailouts to their leads matching new and updated properties to requirements. They also opted for the Email facility of Articles from their content management that links through to leads.

Content Management was added to enable Immobaer to create, edit and manage their own web pages within their website, creating new sections and categories on their homepage menu.

Immobaer realised it was essential to optimise their website and opted for our professional Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Campaign. As an SEO Customer, regular meetings are held with Immobaer to analyse statistics and visitors, talk about enquiries and conversions. These meetings are important and enable us to consistently ensure that Immobaer convert leads into successful sales.

After their new website was launched in June, Immobaer decided to add Property Videos to their site as videos can give a new edge to advertising properties which photos can't always provide, making their properties even more appealing.

October 2009 saw Property Sharing partnerships arranged with other UltraIT agents to display Immobaer properties on their websites.

In August 2011 we brought their website further up to date by widening and redesigning it.  With our new technology and with computer screens becoming wider and of a higher quality it is recommended that websites are widened and the photographs enhanced .
