Andalucia Houses
In May 2010 we received a website enquiry from Andalucia Country Houses. They had a strong idea of what they wanted, having owned a rural hotel in Andalucia and a real estate company. They wanted to provide a
service for the hotel business to market the place to the right places. So their basic idea was to create a bespoke online business which would be a hybrid of specialist estate agency and business consultant.
They wanted a site to market small hotels and guest houses / B&Bs and properties that would lend themselves to conversion, only in Andalucia. This website was to act purely as an specialist agent for this type of market. Sellers would be able to contact them for valuations and listing their properties. Buyers would have to register ( free ) to browse the properties. They could also sign up for a fee for the Small Hotel and Guest House Solutions pack.
For sellers, they can assess the value of the business, help them prepare the facts and figures about their business to present it for sale to maximum advantage. To purchasers they can advise and guide them realistically within their budget, offering a consultancy service which will help them way beyond purchase.
They wanted a site which would be easy to navigate, colourful with a contemporary feel. They selected our Enterprise Package with feeds to ThinkSpain and Kyero. Their new website launched in July 2010.
In November 2011 Andalucia Country Houses asked us to redesign and widen their website. We incorporated into this the Shopping Basket feature which encourages potential buyers to register on the website and enables them to save properties of interest in one easily accessible place that they can return to on future visits to the website.
